Our Staff Spotlight for May is Sara! Sara is one of our lovely sales associates in our Amsterdam brick and mortar, helping you to pick your perfect skein.

Sara joined us in the beginning of this year and loves hearing all about everyone’s knitting and crochet stories when they wander into our store. Being constantly surrounded by beautiful yarn keeps her inspired and constantly on the lookout for her next project!

Sara grew up around craft and used to love embroidery. It wasn’t until lockdown that she picked up some needles and started to kit, teaching herself through Youtube videos and asking friends for advice. Sara’s current favourite projects are scrap yarn scarves because she likes being eccentric with her projects and using up all of her leftovers. She has also just started playing around with crochet for the first time. When Sara isn’t crafting or helping our lovely customers, she loves reading, writing, and researching. She also loves running and finding any excuse to be outside in the sun.
