From Third Vault Yarns comes their Companion 4ply - the perfect fingering weight Superwash Merino yarn. This yarn has a bouncy ply and the super soft, squishy Merino lends itself perfectly to a wide range of projects, perhaps a new sweater or lovely shawl. The texture is both strong and deliciously soft, and absorbs the dye pigments brilliantly, so it's the perfect base for Lola's many vibrant colourways. The generous 400 meters per skein means that this yarn goes a long way.

Inspired by Science Fiction, Third Vault Yarns have named this base Companion as an homage to the companions travelling through time and space! The colourways are striking and diverse, with skeins ranging from splashes of the brightest colours to more natural earth tones. The colourways are also inspired heavily by Sci Fi and fantasy with inspiration for colours coming from books, TV, film, games and beyond.
