Westknits Webinar FAQ

This is an online presentation, so you can enjoy it anywhere in the world!

We want to make these virtual sessions accessible cost-wise, so we have priced them at €20 (plus tax).

Nothing, besides an internet connection! Westknits Webinars are an inspiration lecture rather than a workshop. Each webinar will have a Q&A session, so you can come prepared with questions about your favourite Westknits! As this is live-streamed video, a stable internet connection is preferable and for best results, we recommend a wired (not wireless) connection whenever possible.

Only Stephen and Malia will be visible and audible, attendees are muted and are not on video. This means you don’t have to worry about what’s going on in the background of your zoom call or put on pants with a non-elasticated waistband. We do encourage you to wear your Westknits to put you in the mood though!

Yes! Pay with your PayPal account and fill in your lucky recipient's details instead of your own.

The presentation is hosted via Zoom. Click here to read a brief introduction to the Zoom platform and download the software. You will receive an email with the link to join the presentation to the email address you signed up with. On the day of the webinar, you’ll be able to join the webinar by clicking the link in your email.

We’ll be sending a summary of the presentation to all participants before the event, and a full transcript to all participants after the event. We want to make this a positive experience for all participants. If you have particular access needs (for example visual impairment, dyslexia, deafness etc) please contact us at info@stephenandpenelope so we can work together to get you as good an experience as we can. 

No, Westknits Webinars are a live presentation. We will be sending a full transcript of the presentation to all participants after the presentation, so you can refer back to the information.

We know that last minute schedule clashes happen! There's a link to cancel your registration at the bottom of your confirmation email. Your ticket price will automatically be refunded. Please note that once the webinar starts, ticket sales are final.
