Your 15% discount will automatically be applied at check out both in store and online.

Our system doesn’t hold stock that you have in your shopping cart. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

The sale runs from 00:01 Friday 2nd February to 23:59 on Sunday 4th February (CET) - you can check what time this is for you here.

Because of the volume of orders, unfortunately it's not possible to wind yarn for items purchased in the sale.

All customers outside of the European Economic Area (whose order is shipped outside of the EEA) will have the sales tax deducted at check out. Once your address is added during the check out process, you will be shown your invoice without tax.

If you make the exchange request after the sale has ended, we give you credit for your original purchase which is then applied to your new skein. This means we will charge the difference between the sale and non-sale price for all exchanges after the sale ends. 

If you would like us to combine orders that you've placed in short succession of each other, please reach out to us via email at info@stephenandpenelope.com to find out what the possibilities are.

Due to the volume of orders and the fact we ship all our orders based on when the original order was placed. We aren't able to hold sale orders to be shipped at a later date.

During our Yarn Love Sale our orders can take a bit longer to ship out than usual but we'll be working hard to get your order out as soon as we're able. Your order should be on its way to you by 9th February at the latest.

If there is a problem with your order we will be in touch over email so be sure to check your spam as sometimes our messages can end up there.

As the sale can be quite busy, unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that your shipment will include yarn in the same dye lot. Where possible, we will do our best!
