AMIRISU ISSUE 22 SUMMER 2021

Inspired by layers, this issue of Amirisu features twelve knitwear designs created by some of the most celebrated designers from Japan and beyond. It also includes a feature on the Colours of Okinawa. This issue of Amirisu showcases patterns by: Fiona Alice, Trine Bertelsen, Sari Nordlund, Kate Gagnon Osborn, Ririko, eri shimizu, Nataliya Sinelshchikova, Orlane Sucche, Dianna Walla, amirisu. 

This issue explores two fascinating textile traditions, as well as inspiration for a future trip with recommendations for museums, textile workshops, and pottery galleries on the island. There is also a project from Lori Ann Graham, a calendar of virtual events and content to enjoy from anywhere, a needle felt project, and more.
