Squirm from Undercover Otter is a Merino and nylon blend fingering weight yarn. As the name suggests, Squirm is perfect for your next pair of socks.

Squirm Sock is one of our favourite yarn bases when it comes to bouncy, soft, luxury yarn. The blend of 80% extra fine Merino and 20% nylon makes it next to skin soft and sturdy enough to withstand a good amount of wear. This high-twist sock yarn blooms beautifully and is great for making sweaters, shawls, socks, baby clothes and stuffed toys! It knits up like a dream.

While Squirm Sock is superwash treated, and this versatile sock yarn can withstand machine washing up to 40°C, we do advise you to hand wash all finished items with a mild wool-specific detergent (like Eucalan or Soak) to keep them in your life as long as possible. Squirm Sock yarn is sourced from European non-mulesing breeders and is OEKO-TEX® Class I certified.
