For our custom tea collaboration with Het Kleinste Huis tea salon, Stephen and Malia each selected flavours that represent their personal tastes and style. The Stephen tea is a caffeine-free vanilla and raspberry rooibos tea, and Malia's Penelope tea is a blend of smoky Lapsang Souchong and Lady Grey. Stephen & Penelope teas come in 50g resealable bags, each of which is enough for 20 cups of tea.
Tea brewing instructions:
  • Measure out one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per cup and place in a teapot, tea strainer or sachet
  • Add boiling water (100ºC/ 212ºF)
  • Allow tea to steep for 3 minutes
  • Enjoy! We drink both Stephen and Penelope teas black and unsweetened, but you might like to add milk, sugar, honey etc. to taste.
