They are a small silkscreen and hand printing studio in the heart of Amsterdam and were founded by Ingrid. She went to art school and has had a long career as stylist for advertisements and run a Fairytale concept store for 12 years. With Love it she found again a way to combine all the things she loved; product design, painting, drawing, fabric design, styling and sewing.
Love it products are carefully hand made in Amsterdam. By Ingrid or by De Zeefdrukmakers (Silkscreenmakers) an Amsterdam based social work space which gives a stable, safe working environment to 50 people. The Scrap Bags are made from the all misprints to reduce fabric waste. Large sewing projects will be outsourced to several social sewing workplaces in Amsterdam, depending on the skills of each atelier.
The plan for the future is to focus on fabric designs & making bag samples and outsource all the shop wholesale orders to these sheltered ateliers and coach them. A dream for Ingrid is to have everyone working in one space!
