HOW DID WE CREATE OUR NEW WEST WOOL COLOURS?

In 2019 Malia and Stephen realised a dream of founding their own yarn brand, since then they have been hard at work figuring out how to make it even better. West Wool started with 35 colours and we're now expanding to 52 which is one for every week of the year! To create these beautiful new shades Stephen and Malia found textile samples that they adored and sent these to our mill to recreate which has resulted in a beautiful painterly palette with new brights and pastels as well as colour families that blend together to perfection.
