Supersoft
Holst Garn Supersoft is a yarn with loads of character. A woollen spun blend of 50% Merino and 50% Shetland wool, it has a lovely elasticity and that wonderfully woolly, textured quality that gives the finished fabric a genuinely beautiful, rustic feel. The Merino brings softness and warmth, while the Shetland adds structure and durability - together they make a yarn that can be worn against the skin and trusted to keep it's shape and structure wear after wear. Being woollen spun, it's wonderfully light and airy, with the kind of bounce and resilience that makes it a pleasure to work with row after row. The melange dyeing process - where the fibres are dyed before being blended and spun - gives many of the colourways a gorgeous depth and richness that solid yarns simply can't replicate. The palette is broad and inspiring, spanning both clean solids and those beautifully heathered shades that are so hard to resist. Each 50g cake ball gives a very generous 287m / 314y, making it a brilliant and affordable choice for sweaters, shawls, and anything else that deserves a bit of quality.
