Print on Demand shipping

This Print on Demand product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

• Depending on your location and where the item is shipping from, your order should arrive approximately 5-10 working days of placing your order.
• Packages that are returned as undeliverable due to receivers absence at shipping location, or packages not picked up from access points can be reshipped to the customer with additional shipping fees.
• We do our best to make sure your order is shipped from the location closest to you, but in rare cases, your order may be shipped from abroad. If applicable, all import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may incur additional charge upon arriving in your country.
  
• If you place multiple orders separately, we are unable to ship them out together in one package as they are viewed as separate orders. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.  
• If you order a print on demand item as well as other items from Stephen & Penelope, these packages will be shipped separately.
