Ulysse from French brand De Rerum Natura is a beautifully soft two-ply Merino wool yarn with a versatile sport weight. We love this yarn for its smoothness, softness and warmth making it the perfect go-to yarn for a wide range of projects. Ulysse is spun and dyed in France through an environmentally conscious process which prioritises the yarn's quality, softness and smoothness alongside animal welfare. The yarn is mulesing free and traditionally produced at a small-scale process in central France.
Ulysse is the lightest of the De Rerum Natura yarns we stock, making it a perfect option for a wide range of projects,and it is particularlyeffective when used for cables and lace. Much like the other products in this range from De Rerum Natura, the colour palette of Ulysse is aneclectic combination of rich natural shades and bold colours.
