Earth & Sky was the first Westknits Mystery Shawl Knit Along in 2011. This color blocked triangle shawl featured three colors of fingering weight yarn. Bold bands of stockinette and garter stitch were combined with simple intarsia motifs in the center of the shawl. This striking and simple design launched the series of Westknits MKALs (mystery knit alongs) that would soon unlock the fearless imagination of thousands of knitters worldwide!
