There were unsurprising delays in shipping because of the busy MKAL season but communication from the store was good and the yarn arrived on time.

Very kind and supportive conversation. Thanks!! I will order again.

Excellent book, packed with many of Stephen’s beautiful patterns.

Good information on delivery and tracking

Jolie découverte de cette laine!

One day I will visit your store... So far I have only ordered online. I appreciate the service a lot: With my first order, I was contacted as there wasn't enough of the dye lot of one color left. Instead of just packing up different dye lots and leaving me to figuring out how to deal with it, the shop contacted me, asked whether I'd rather order a different color, sent pictures of the two different dye lots and gave me a list of tipps and tricks to work with the slightly different colors.
The quality of the yarns is very high and they are sent safely packed. Thanks a lot! I will definitely order yarn again - and hopefully make it to Amsterdam one day to visit your store.

Es la segunda vez que compro online y quedé muy satisfecha. Seguiré comprando siempre que pueda el esta tienda. Estoy deseando viajar a Holanda para poder ir a visitarla.

Lots and lots of beautiful yarns.
