Briogarter Split Shawl by Stephen West

This top-down shawl increases in the center which forms the wide two-colour brioche section with simple garter stitch framing the center ribbing. The garter stitch gives a relaxing break from the brioche rhythm as you knit this seamless pattern. The simple stitch combination produces a completely reversible shawl. The top-down construction and short pattern repeat, makes this pattern easy to customize. Simply bind off early for a smaller shawl or keep knitting until you achieve the shlanket of your dreams!
