This triangular shawl is knit with fingering weight yarn and begins with a long I-cord cast on. Then, you decrease along one edge until you reach the small tip of the shawl. Two skeins of West Wool Bicycle frame two balls of the same self-striping colourway from Bilum yarns. The gradient contrast colour results in a smooth colour transition that’s very easy to knit. The finished size is not too big and not too small. It’s an enjoyable project that’s addicting to knit as the rows get smaller and smaller.
Yarn Requirements: 350 of fingering weight yarn with 150 in a solid colour and 200g in a gradient or self striping colour way
