Riverknits was launched in 2017 from a narrowboat on the River Nene, UK. Both owners are knitters and crocheters and therefore know exactly what makes a yarn perfect for a project, acknowledging a finished skein as one step in the crafting adventure.

They strive to reduce their impact on the environment with all yarns sourced within the UK and mulesing free.
The marvellously marled Chimera from Riverknits is a fingering weight yarn spun and hand dyed in the UK. Spun from cruelty free Blue Faced Leicester, the resulting fabric is both soft against the skin and strong enough to be well loved for a long time.
