Starflake was originally published as the tenth annual Westknits Mystery Shawl KAL. Two colours of fingering weight yarn create a collage of graphic shapes for this top-down shawl. Garter stitch parallelograms with I-cord edges establish the star shape followed by stripes, brioche, short rows, and eyelets. There is also a garter stitch option to knit instead of brioche stitch if you prefer a simpler section. A striped I-cord bind off frames the border for this striking shawl.
