This fingering weight shawl is knit sideways in two-colour brioche and garter stitch. The woolly sample features two skeins of West Wool Bicycle for main colour with four skeins of Spincycle Yarns Dyed in the Wool. The self-striping marled yarn is more prominent on the wrong side, but the ribbing and garter stitch make the shawl completely reversible. You can customise the size by knitting more pattern repeats or bind off early for a smaller shawl. The rows are easy to memorise, so this project would be a great learning experience to learn two-colour brioche.
Yarn Requirements: 4 skeins of fingering weight yarn in one solid colour and one self striping colour. You can also knit this shawl in two solid colourways! This kit includes a Westknits pattern download code that can be redeemed for this or another Westknits pattern of your choice.
