With the UK exiting the European Union, there have been changes in the taxation between the EU and the UK. As an EU-based business, we now have a VAT registration number in the UK so we can continue to ship to all our UK based customers!

Orders up to £135 (approximately €160, excl. VAT):
You will be charged (20%) VAT on your order at check out.
Orders over £135 (approximately €160, excl. VAT):
You will be charged (20%) VAT on your order AND duties at check out.
Duties are the fees that the government charges for the right to import certain goods. By paying any duties at checkout, we then pay the duties on your behalf so you should not need to pay extra fees during transit in order to receive your package.

Combining Orders
Due to the complications of VAT and duties, we are not often able to combine orders to the UK. If you are interested in having two orders combined into one shipment, please email us at orders@stephenandpenlope.com with your two orders numbers, and we can check what is possible.
