With the UK exiting the European Union, there have been changes in the taxation between the EU and the UK. As an EU based business we now need to have a VAT registration number in the UK in order to make sales below the £135 threshold.  A few months ago we applied for a VAT number with HMRC in the UK.  We are still waiting to receive that VAT number.

Until we have our UK VAT number, we can only make sales above £135 (approximately €160) to customers in the UK. This amount is excluding VAT in our store, and you will be asked to pay VAT once the package arrives in the UK.  For some items you may also be asked to pay customs. This is a fee that the government charges you for the right to import certain goods.

We have no control over the amount that you will be charged when your goods arrive in the UK and we can't be held liable for these costs.  If you refuse a shipment, we can refund your order, but we won't refund shipping costs.

Our sincerest apologies for this situation! We are working on a solution to be able to serve our UK customers better and will announce it as soon as we know.  In the meanwhile, we eagerly await our UK VAT number so we can expand the kinds of orders we can ship to the UK.
