BRIOGARTER SPLIT SHAWL PATTERN

This top-down shawl is knit with four skeins of West Wool Bicycle and two balls of Schoppel-Wolle Zauberball Crazy for the self-striping contrast colour. Increases in the centre form the wide two-colour brioche section with simple garter stitch framing the centre ribbing. The garter stitch gives a relaxing break from the brioche rhythm as you knit this seamless pattern. The simple stitch combination produces a completely reversible shawl, so you can see the main colour more on the right side or enjoy the colourful Spincycle yarn more on the wrong side. The top-down construction and short pattern repeat make this pattern easy to customise. Simply bind off early for a smaller shawl or keep knitting until you achieve the shlanket of your dreams!
