This plush shawl is knitted with one strand of wool held together with one strand of lace-weight mohair silk. Cast on and work single colour brioche with increases to gradually expand the size. A decrease is added to create a biased detail in the fabric. The rhythmic rows are very relaxing to knit. Maximise the size by knitting as many repeats as you like or simply bind off early for a smaller size. You can hold one strand of fingering weight and one strand lace weight mohair for a lightweight version or knit a winter weight version with one strand DK weight held together with one strand lace weight mohair.
