OCTOBER 2021 - TIF NEILAN

October 01, 2021

Tif Neilan is our October Designer of the Month and her designs have us excited for sweater season!

Tif is a knitwear designer living in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters. Before designing knitwear Tif worked in Interior Design nearly 15 years. She loves to play with colour in her designs as well as mixing in different textures.

One of Tif's favourite motifs is the Herringbone stitch and you can find her lover for nature reflected in her knits both in design and colour palette. Tif loves to design garments and accessories that are engaging and interesting to look at work up without being too challenging to make meaning they're perfect if you're looking for cosy knits for the colder seasons.

When Tif isn't knitting or designing she loves horseback riding!

If you're in Amsterdam make sure to pop in and see Tif's stunning samples - we have the Meadowland Sweater, Pinnacle Pullover, Ascend Sweater as well as the Break in Tide shawl and the Ampersand wrap. You can see all of Tif's wonderful patterns over on her website or Ravelry page.
