Anna Sjösvärd is a knitwear designer from Sweden who blends swedish folk influences with seasonal love and mythological storytelling - together they inspire her designs in nordic wool. Her timeless and comfortable style with high waisted skirts, trousers and dresses pairs perfectly with her cropped designs.
Drawing inspiration from the swedish folk costume and folk art, Anna aspire to design garments that feel both special and easy to wear, while also fun to knit! Her storytelling is rooted in norse mythology and all her patterns are named after goddesses or female warriors from the old tales.
With her mythical world building, Anna want to make the experience of knitting one of her patterns a wider and more engaging one - making it a journey through both stitches, wool and the magical fictional world.
