Alex is a fickle knitter and spontaneous designer. Jumping from project to project, her favourite activity is stressing out over her pile of WIPs while impulsively casting-on something new.

Growing up wearing her grandmother’s hand-knitted jumpers, the love for (and addiction to) knitting has slowly taken over her life. After majoring in fashion design and working in a yarn store, Alex started designing her own knitting patterns.

Alex creates fun-to-knit patterns that explore textures and shapes inspired by nature and motifs found in everyday life. She believes that the knitting process is just as, if not more important than the finished product.
