Our Designer of the Month for December is Anna Husemann aka Plysh, Anna is a textile and knitwear designer based in Hamburg. During her Masters programme she discovered her love for bold and colourful patterns, especially focusing on eco-friendly and sustainable materials.
Anna's approach to design is focused around colour and material choices, whenever she designs a new pattern she spends hours thinking of all the different colour combinations. At the heart of Anna's ethos is being responsible with the materials she uses, which means she always tries to use natural fibres as well as looking for local yarn suppliers and finding ways to use up leftover yarns.
