Kit Contents:

Choose your favourite four colour kit in delicious DK weight yarn and knit a gorgeous circular blanket that will be the centre piece of every room. Beginning in the centre, you will increase towards the border with bubble stitches and slip stitches, forming beautiful blossoming colour-work motifs in techniques that are simple but create a big impact. The border is shaped using wavy stripes and short rows. It’s the perfect size for a cosy couch blanket or a lovely decorative work of art for your bed.

Yarn that is dyed in batches may have some variation in colour between skeins taken from different lots. We take great care in photographing our kits and yarns accurately, however colours may vary slightly from the pictures.

Each pattern has different yarn requirements so you should always check how much you will need before choosing a kit.

About the pattern

Choose four colours of DK weight yarn and begin the blanket in the centre as you increase toward the border. Bubble stitches and slip stitches form the blossoming colourwork motifs. These stitches are easy to knit and create a big, colourful impact. Short rows and wavy stripes complete the border of this large blanket. It’s the perfect size for a cosy couch blanket or a lovely decorative work of art for your bed. The pattern includes several video links to assist with techniques like casting on, knitting the bubble stitch, short rows, knitting stripes, and weaving in ends. You can create a four-colour version just like the photographed sample or dive into your stash to customise the colours for a stashbusting multi-colour blanket!
